1. 1. A company page shows its LCA filings and USCIS approvals by fiscal year.
2. 2. On a job, the label (likely, may, unlikely, will not sponsor) is our reading of the company's filings for similar roles. Past filings do not promise sponsorship for a specific job.
3. 3. If the posting itself says it will not sponsor, we show that too.
